Mantesso is the founder of Wise Capital and has led the offshore REIT Research area and the development of proprietary quantitative algorithms since 2014. He is also responsible for internal Research on the high-end office market and the econometric models that support investment strategies. Flávio was the key-man of the joint venture with abrdn (Aberdeen - UK) during their direct investment cycles in Brazil through add-value strategies (cycles initiated in 2008 and 2019).
Flávio holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University (USA), MBA studies in Real Estate from the University of Reading (UK), a postgraduate degree in Real Estate from FAAP, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FAAP, with one year at the Economics School of Rollins College (USA). His expertise is complemented by extension studies in Advanced Portfolio and Risk Management with Python algorithms (ARPM) at New York University, Macro Economic Forecasting (IMF), Econometrics and Advanced Econometrics (IHS-EViews), and Portfolio, Risk Management and Deep Learning Programming (Matlab).
Felipe Ferrari is the Director responsible for portfolio management. Ferrari specializes in the construction and optimization of equity portfolios using quantitative algorithms with machine learning. He has a solid foundation in mathematics and technology, enabling the development of advanced models in the sector, with emphasis on equities and derivatives for risk mitigation.
Felipe holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from USP and the CGA and CGE certifications from ANBIMA. He is currently a candidate for the third and final level of the CFA.
André leads Wise Capital's Business Development and Marketing area. He is also a member of the company's Strategy Board. Sartori has a solid career in the financial sector, with leadership skills and a notable ability to drive organizational growth and success. In this capacity, he leverages his expertise to identify and implement growth opportunities for the company's assets under management, develop alliances with strategic partners, lead the launch processes of Wise Capital funds, and drive marketing efforts.
Rhuan leads the Risk Management and Compliance area with the objective of ensuring conformity with current rules and regulations. He is responsible for developing and implementing robust compliance policies, overseeing risk management for funds and investment portfolios, and serving as the focal point in interactions with regulatory bodies, ensuring the operational integrity and resilience of Wise Capital's portfolios.
Rhuan holds a bachelor's degree in Law from UNIP and an MBA in Management and Business Law from FGV.
